- Age Requirement
You must have reached State Pension age. As of now, the State Pension age is 66, but this may rise in the future.
- Income Test
To make a claim, your weekly income needs to be below £218.15 for single people or £332.95 for couples.
- Residence
You must be living in England, Scotland, or Wales to apply for Pension Credit. Different rules apply in Northern Ireland.
